Modelling and analytics can provide new evidence and insights to support decision making and other outcomes. At ISF, our team of data scientists deliver deep expertise across a range of quantitative methods and approaches, developing computational models, tools and platforms that use the latest analytical techniques.
Why modelling and analytics at ISF?
ISF has an extensive track record in the analysis of complex data and the development of innovative models that can explore interdependent relationships, forecast future outcomes and optimise systems against different constraints. We use advanced computational analysis to support:
- prediction and forecasting
- complex systems modelling and simulation
- economic analysis and financial analysis
- decision analysis and optimisation
- survey design and analysis
- visualisation and communication
- online tool development and websites
What we offer
Our demonstrated expertise includes implementing a broad range of statistical methods and tools, including multiple linear regression, time-series analysis, panel methods and stochastic modelling. We also work with models that incorporate the latest approaches in machine learning and artificial intelligence to achieve decision useful outputs, as well as with large messy datasets that require sophisticated techniques for cleaning, analysis and retrieval.
One of our key strengths is our experience in the use and application of input-output analysis for estimating carbon and ecological footprints and developing metrics for measuring the performance of companies against different sustainability criteria. We also develop innovative methodologies that can be applied across different research domains.
What ISF can do for you
The Modelling and Analytics team comes from a multidisciplinary background that combines expertise across engineering, economics, science, business intelligence and software development. We have developed a number of models and online tools that have transformed the way our clients do business, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars through improvements to efficiency and new revenue streams.
Our team of dedicated analysis can help you answer the following questions:
