2021

Melita Grant Melita Grant was named one of two Asialink Leaders Program Dunlop Fellowship recipients. 

Bronwyn Cumbo's PhD paper was featured on the 2021 UTS Chancellor's List.

Zaheer Allam  was featured in The Australian's 'Top 40 Early Career Researchers'  list, Britannica's 'Top 20 under 40: Young Shapers of the future' list, and received the Alumni Service to Society Award from Anglia Ruskin University.

2022

Avni Kumar received the UTS Career and Professional Development Award, having been nominated in two categories: Collaboration, and Focuses on stakeholder and enhances team effectiveness.

Rupert Legg was named as one of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research's 25 Green Talents.

Zaheer Allam was featured on Stanford University's 'Top 2% of Scientists Worldwide' list.

Ian Cunningham's PhD thesis was included on the UTS Chancellor's List.

ISF Research Principal, Simon Wright, received a Churchill Fellowship to look at low-carbon transition. 

ISF collaborative project OPENAIR was a finalist in the Australian Research Commercialisation Awards.

Nuhu Amin received a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation grant for his continued work in WASH.

Keren Winterford was appointed Director for Research for the Development Impact Network.

Jason Graham-Nye was welcomed to the board of Directors for Circular Australia.
