Graduation

There are six conferral rounds per year (when you officially become a UTS graduate!) and two graduation ceremony seasons per year (in Autumn and Spring). Graduands are invited to attend graduation ceremonies based on the date they are conferred.

February

5 February 2025:

  • Last day to lodge a Correction of Name application form (February conferral).
  • Last day to pay outstanding fees, debts or library fines owed to UTS and to return library books (February conferral). 
  • Last day to resolve all pending sanctions (February conferral). 
  • Last day for students to have a course status of ‘Passed’ reflected in My Student Admin (February conferral). 

12 February 2025: 

March

12 March 2025 

  • Last day to lodge a Correction of Name application form (March conferral).
  • Last day to pay outstanding fees, debts or library fines owed to UTS and to return library books (March conferral).
  • Last day to resolve all pending sanctions (March conferral).
  • Last day for students to have a course status of ‘Passed’ reflected in My Student Admin (March conferral).

19 March 2025: 

  • Registered mail-out of testamur, academic record and AHEGS commences (February conferral).
  • March conferral of awards.
  • Eligible to attend Autumn 2025 ceremonies. Invites sent March 2025.

April

9 April 2025: 

  • Registered mail-out of testamur, academic record and AHEGS commences (March conferral). 

May

1 May 2025 to 23 May 2025: 

  • Autumn 2025 graduation ceremonies. 

21 May 2025: 

  • Last day to lodge a Correction of Name application form (May conferral). 
  • Last day to pay outstanding fees, debts or library fines owed to UTS and to return library books (May conferral). 
  • Last day to resolve all pending sanctions (May conferral). 
  • Last day for students to have a course status of ‘Passed’ reflected in My Student Admin (May conferral).

28 May 2025: 

June

18 June 2025: 

  • Registered mail-out of testamur, academic record and AHEGS commences (May conferral). 

24 June 2025: 

  • UTS SILC Shanghai Graduation ceremony.

July

16 July 2025:

  • Last day to lodge a Correction of Name application form (July conferral).
  • Last day to pay outstanding fees, debts or library fines owed to UTS and to return library books (July conferral).
  • Last day to resolve all pending sanctions (July conferral).
  • Last day for students to have a course status of ‘Passed’ reflected in My Student Admin (July conferral).

27 August 2025:

  • Spring 2025 graduation ceremonies.
