TelePsych Laboratory
The TelePsych Laboratory is the research laboratory of Associate Professor Bethany Wootton. The goal of the TelePsych Laboratory is to develop and investigate the acceptability and effectiveness of high intensity remote cognitive behavioural treatments for anxiety and related disorders. High intensity remote treatments do not require the clinician and the client to be in the same room, and we hope high intensity remote treatment will allow more people to access evidence-based treatments for their anxiety and related conditions.
