The forgotten health crisis

Gender based violence as well as sexual and reproductive health problems are often ignored during conflict or after natural disasters.

UTS:Health PhD candidate Kristen Beek's research is being used to improve how aid workers prevent sexual and gender-based violence and promote better maternal and newborn health in crisis zones.
