Gerard Reinmuth's international projects

Professor Gerard Reinmuth's Danish practice TERROIR ApS has been appointed in a team with Danish research agency Oxford Research by the Danish Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. The team will research methods of transforming the ‘type house’ suburbs of the 1960s and 1970s to address modern forms of habitation and contemporary environmental concerns.

TERROIR ApS has also been shortlisted in a team with CF Møller to design a major new hospital at Bispebjerg in the centre of Copenhagen (opens an external site). The next stage of selection is a design competition due in August.

Additionally, following from the success of the Sydney Opera House 40th birthday events (where Prof Anthony Burke curated a symposium and Professor Gerard Reinmuth curated an exhibition) Gerard has been appointed by the Danish Ministry of Culture to write a practice and collaboration framework for all future international exhibitions undertaken by the Ministry.
