The Centre for Social Justice & Inclusion offers a wide range of training programs for UTS staff to bring about a more inclusive culture. Our training builds leadership, and helps teams reap the benefits diversity brings.
Diversity and inclusion training
Training options
We run set sessions throughout the year, and we also offer tailored training for specific teams and work areas at UTS. These sessions are developed to meet the specific needs of teams to build capacity in mental health awareness and inclusive practice, race literacy and creating inclusive teaching practices, as well as to redress problem areas that may exist or are emerging. All our training is funded by the Centre for Social Justice & Inclusion, so there is no cost to you – please get in touch if you are interested.
