Welcome to the Collective for Midwifery, Child and Family Health.
We house a passionate team of leading practitioners, academics and researchers in midwifery, child and family health, children’s nursing and adolescent health. We integrate research, education and practice to improve the health of childbearing women, children, young people and families.
Our pursuit of excellence and leadership in research, education, practice development and consultancy is demonstrated in our broad range of research projects and publications, our impact on practice and policy development and our collaboration with healthcare and professional organisations that span across the local and international landscape.
We are committed to producing high quality research that focuses on changing current policy and systems for vulnerable populations and improving outcomes for Indigenous women, children and adolescents. We also develop workforce capacity and practice for nurses, midwives and other health professionals.
