Elise Ali
Elise is a third-year Bachelor of Accounting Co-op student, with previous experience across investment banking, wealth management, and valuation advisory.
She recently completed a summer analyst internship at Grant Samuel within the Corporate Advisory and Valuations team, where she supported the execution of M&A mandates and strategic advisory work. Elise has also worked in wealth management at Canaccord Genuity, and in valuation advisory at Leadenhall, building a well-rounded foundation in valuation, transaction analysis, and investor engagement.
On campus, Elise is deeply engaged in student leadership and social impact. As President of the Beta Alpha Psi UTS chapter, she has helped UTS reach second place overall in the annual Best Practices Oceana Competition. She was also the Treasurer of the Women in Business Society during its most successful year to date, and she helped launch the ‘NextGen’ program supporting female employment.
Elise brings an analytical mindset and a strong interest in financial strategy, problem-solving and leadership. She looks forward to contributing to the Anchor Fund and deepening her exposure to investment analysis and asset management.
Marco Arambasic
Marco is a final-year Bachelor of Business student at the University of Technology Sydney, majoring in Extended Finance with a sub-major in Economics, where he maintains a distinction average. He is an ambitious and driven individual with a strong interest in financial markets, investment analysis, and portfolio management.
Alongside his studies, Marco has represented Australia at the U23 level in football and competed professionally in Belgium’s Reserve Pro League, experiences that have fostered resilience, discipline, and a competitive mindset.
Marco is eager to further develop his technical skills and market knowledge through the Anchor Investment Fund, contributing to the team’s success while gaining practical exposure to asset allocation and investment strategy.
Jenny Ask
Jenny is a driven final-year Bachelor of Business student at UTS, majoring in Finance with a submajor of IT. She has built strong analytical and problem-solving skills through her studies and diverse professional experience in technical support and human resources. Her time as a technical operator strengthened her teamwork, reliability, and strategic thinking, while her current HR role is enhancing her expertise in data management, compliance, and process optimization.
Earlier this year, Jenny collaborated on a consulting project for a not-for-profit organization, conducting in-depth funding research and delivering a comprehensive report with actionable recommendations. She is also an active member of the UTS Finance Society, contributing to operations and events to connect students with industry professionals.
Passionate about investment analysis and risk management, Jenny looks forward to contributing her practical experience and analytical mindset to the Student Managed Fund while continuing to grow as a finance professional.
Mattia Bonato
Mattia is a disciplined student who has a passion for analytical problem solving in fast-moving corporate environments. He is currently a second-year student completing the Bachelor of Accounting Co-op degree majoring in Finance and Accounting, where he maintains a High Distinction Average. His interests in financial markets, financial modelling and asset allocations have inspired him to pursue a role in the Anchor Fund where he can continue to learn how financial institutions are able to optimize capital deployment.
Recently, he completed a 6-month placement at MA Financial Group as a Finance Intern working in their Corporate Advisory and Equities teams, developing strong technical analysis skills in one of Australia's fastest growing Investment Banks.
At UTS, Mattia was a recipient of the Dean's Merit List in his first year, highlighting his dedicated application to his studies. He is also a member of the UTS Case Team, where he will be representing the University in New Zealand this upcoming September, and a member of the Consulting Club, where he placed first in the UTSCC x LEK Consulting Case Cup.
Mattia is keen to continue taking on new experiences in order to pursue a career working within capital markets, assisting corporations with financing their strategic objectives.
Josh Cuizon
Josh is a penultimate-year Finance student at the University of Technology Sydney with a dedicated focus on nano-, micro-, and small-cap equities. He currently works as an Equity Research Intern at Red Leaf Securities, specialising in early-stage and under-the-radar technology companies. His research spans deep fundamental analysis, distressed valuations, and identifying inflection points across businesses often overlooked by institutional investors.
As a Portfolio Manager at the UTS Anchor Fund, Josh applies a high-conviction, bottom-up investment philosophy that is heavily inspired by Peter Lynch, particularly the principles of scuttlebutt research, local edge, and identifying “tenbagger” potential in misunderstood companies. He focuses on value-driven ideas in structurally inefficient segments of the market, including special situations, and operational turnarounds.
Josh has been actively investing in public markets since the age of 18 and has read over 100 books on investing, behavioural finance, and business strategy. This self-directed foundation informs his contrarian and research-intensive approach. His prior experience at Automic Group has strengthened his understanding of institutional operations and equity market infrastructure.
Josh’s long-term ambition is to build a career in public equities on the buy side. He aims to launch his own hedge fund by the age of 30, with a dedicated focus on deep value, asymmetric opportunities, and mispriced small-cap securities.
Caleb Cumarasamy
Christopher Durante
Christopher is in his final semester at UTS, completing a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business with majors in Biomedical Engineering and Finance. He has a strong interest in analytical analysis, asset allocation and technology-driven investment strategies, bringing a unique blend of technical and financial expertise to the Anchor
He recently completed a Summer Internship at J.P. Morgan with the SSO Digital Solutions team, where he developed automation workflows, optimised processes, and applied large language models to solve operational challenges. Christopher also works as a Field Service Engineer for a leading mammography company, operating in high-pressure environments whilst managing critical technical responsibilities. As a Senior U: PASS Leader for Financial Literacy, he mentors new leaders and facilitates peer-assisted learning in the core business subject.
With a strong analytical mindset underpinned by technical expertise, problem-solving, and process improvement, Christopher aims to build a career at the intersection of finance and technology.
Liana Falappi
Liana Falappi is a driven and motivated student, with career aspirations in private wealth management or investment advisory with a focus on real estate. She is participating in UTS’s Anchor Investment Fund elective, where she is actively learning to invest and manage assets, developing her skills in investment analysis and portfolio management.
She has over 6 years of experience in real estate management and trust accounting, retail management, customer service and public health work. She is a UTS Business School Dean’s Award recipient, who is competent in solving mathematical and unexpected workplace problems.
Julen Goicoechea
Julen is a second-year Bachelor of Economics student at the University of Technology Sydney, majoring in Finance.
He is currently interning within the Economics division at Moody’s as a macroeconomic research intern, where he is gaining valuable experience in macroeconomic analysis, data interpretation and the study of global market dynamics. At Moody’s, he has a wide range of experiences including a major research project looking at how VAT/GST affects household consumption in APAC economies, as well as the opportunity to forecast CPI figures for Laos, based on unemployment figures, exchange rates and geopolitics.
Julen was awarded a scholarship to sit for the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Scholarship in September this year, which delves into the world of alternative investments including private equity, hedge funds, private credit and real assets.
Beyond academics, Julen brings a unique leadership perspective as a semi-professional footballer, having played a season abroad in Spain, picking up an intermediate level of Spanish, and is currently playing in Sydney in the National Premier League.
Looking ahead, Julen aspires to build a career in fixed-income markets and global markets, where he aims to leverage his economic foundations and analytical skills to contribute meaningfully to the evolving financial landscape.
Arjun Jadav
Arjun is a penultimate-year Bachelor of Business student at the University of Technology Sydney, majoring in Finance, Law, and Accounting. He has cultivated a strong interest in markets and corporate advisory, with a particular passion for mergers and acquisitions. Arjun gained practical experience as an equity research intern at Maqro Capital, where contributed as a member of the deal team working on a live M&A transaction, further sparking his enthusiasm for the strategic and analytical challenges of deal-making. Prior to this, he completed an Audit & Assurance internship at KPMG, where he developed a strong grounding in financial statement analysis, internal controls, and risk assessment across diverse industries. In addition, Arjun contributes as a member of the Equity Research Subcommittee within the UTS Finance Society, collaborating with peers to produce market insights and investment recommendations. Through such experiences, Arjun has developed a holistic understanding of business valuation through exposure to both internal financial analysis and external market assessments.
Arjun consistently maintains academic distinction while balancing internships, leadership responsibilities, and extracurricular commitments. His professional experiences have strengthened his technical skills in valuation, modelling, and market analysis, while reinforcing his ability to work under pressure and deliver meaningful results. He is eager to continue building his expertise and industry knowledge, with the goal of pursuing a career in investment banking, specialising in corporate advisory and M&A transactions.
Kristian Khairallah
Kristian is a second-year student at, pursuing a Bachelor of Business majoring (majoring in Accounting and Finance), with a keen interest in asset and wealth management.
Currently, Kristian works at PwC within the Financial Services team, auditing asset management clients. In this role, he is developing a strong foundation in financial reporting, risk management, and regulatory compliance, gaining exposure to the operational and strategic challenges faced by asset managers.
Beyond his professional experience, Kristian is committed to expanding his knowledge of financial markets and portfolio management. He is particularly interested in how asset allocation and investment strategies drive long-term value creation. He aspires to build a career in funds management or private wealth, where he can combine his technical acumen with his passion for client-focused financial solutions.
Through his involvement with the Anchor Investment Fund, Kristian is eager to further develop his analytical skills, collaborate with peers, and play an active role in the stewardship of the fund for future generations.
Constance King
Constance is currently working as an Analyst Intern with Medallion Financial Group. The firm provides a range of private wealth advisory services to HNW clients, with a particular focus on equity and fixed income markets, both locally and internationally. Additionally, they also run their own fund – The Medallion Australian Equities Growth Fund with a primary focus on ASX300 growth companies. Her current role entails assisting advisers and portfolio managers with fundamental analysis relating to ASX listed companies.
She is in her final year of a Bachelor of Business (Extended Finance) and Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation at the University of Technology Sydney, where she is also a member of the UTS Women in Business Society. Constance plans to complete an Honours year in Finance in 2026. She will also be undertaking a 2025/2026 Summer Internship in Global Markets at RBC Capital Markets, further building her knowledge in capital markets and investment strategy.
Alongside her studies, Constance runs her own private tutoring business for high school students, providing tailored academic support across multiple subjects. In the future, Constance aims to pursue a career in global markets and asset management, leveraging both her analytical capabilities and cross-disciplinary innovation skills.
Ray Kinjo
Ray is a final-year Bachelor of Business Bachelor of Science in Information Technology student at the University of Technology Sydney, majoring in Finance and Enterprise Systems Development. As an international student from Japan and recipient of the Undergraduate Academic Excellence International Scholarship, he brings a global perspective to finance and technology, with a focus on applying technology to improve market data workflows and user experience.
Previously, Ray completed a full-stack developer role at a fintech startup, strengthening performance, refining the UI system, and launching new features for a platform used by trading teams. Immersed in market operations, he gained practical insight into trading workflows and end-to-end product delivery.
Beyond his studies, Ray serves as a Team Manager for the UTS Students’ Association’s program, leading a team to deliver events for hundreds of attendees. Outside of university, he enjoys football and travelling to new places.
Through the Anchor Investment Fund, he aims to deepen his expertise, contribute meaningfully, and continue to learn and grow.
Kapilan Kuruparan
Kapilan is a driven individual who thrives in fast-paced, analytical environments, currently in his penultimate year of the Bachelor of Accounting Co-op Program at UTS. He is passionate about financial markets, with a strong interest in applying analytical and strategic thinking to optimise portfolio performance.
Gaining hands-on experience during his 6-month internship with Macquarie Group in Global Markets, Kapilan worked on investment analysis, valuation, and P&L analysis across desks. This experience sharpened his skills in financial modelling, risk assessment, and performance evaluation, while building a broader understanding of diverse global markets.
In addition, Kapilan has developed leadership and problem-solving skills through his involvement in case competitions and student organisations. He has represented UTS in multiple international case competitions, providing strategic recommendations to real-world clients, and holds strong leadership roles such as Research Director of the Real Estate Investment Student Association and Sponsorships at UTS Case Team.
Kapilan is eager to pursue research and advisory opportunities in funds management and asset allocation, leveraging his strong financial acumen, analytical mindset, and passion for markets to deliver insights in high-performance investment environments.
Sofia Massaro
Sofia is a motivated third-year student completing a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Molecular Biotechnology, majoring in Finance and Medical Biotechnology.
Sofia is very interested in exploring the intersection between the finance and biotechnology industries. She is eager to leverage her unique combination of finance and biotechnology expertise to contribute to investment decisions in the life sciences sector. Sofia recently gained experience as a Funds Management Intern at HB Biotechnology, where she conducted thorough research and analysis of listed biotechnology and medical technology companies to develop an investment recommendation. This experience highlighted her passion for applying her analytical skills and scientific knowledge to security selection decisions. Sofia looks forward to further developing her asset allocation and portfolio management skills through participating in the Anchor Investment Fund Program.
Sofia’s has also previously worked as a Corporate Advisory Intern at Genesis Advisory, where she contributed to M&A and strategy projects by conducting due diligence. Additionally, she gained exposure to the property sector as a Real Estate Investment Intern with KordaMentha, where she performed market research to supported large-scale development evaluations.
Beyond work, Sofia enjoys playing soccer, baking and spending time with family and friends.
Sienna Morvillo
Sienna is a second year student currently undertaking a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Finance and Accounting) and a Bachelor of International Studies (Italian). She has developed a strong foundation in core business and finance principles, particularly in areas such as financial systems and accounting. Alongside her business studies, her Italian major has given her a global perspective and strengthened her intercultural communication skills, which she looks forward to further developing through an upcoming exchange program in Italy.
In addition to her studies, Sienna works at Bongiorno & Partners, one of Australia’s leading financial services organisations, which partners with Westpac to provide tailored advice to medical, dental, and high-net-worth clients. Through this role, she has gained valuable experience in client relationship management, operational efficiency, and the use of industry platforms, while seeing first-hand how financial strategies support clients in managing and protecting their wealth. This exposure has reinforced her interest in the practical application of finance and accounting to deliver meaningful outcomes for individuals and businesses.
Looking ahead, Sienna is excited to further challenge herself and expand her knowledge through the Anchor Investment Fund. She is motivated to grow both personally and professionally, with a long-term aspiration to contribute meaningfully to the finance industry.
Sam O'Driscoll
Sam is a highly motivated and driven Bachelor of Economics student, majoring in Finance. Sam maintains a high academic standard and is passionate about equity and capital markets aspiring to utilise his analytical skills and acumen within a career in Investment Banking or Private Equity.
Sam recently completed an internship as a search fund analyst at Camp Hill Capital, through this experience he gained significant exposure to the acquisition process and further advanced his financial modelling proficiency, valuation skills, due diligence expertise and investment decision making. During Sams time at Camp Hill Capital he had a significant impact upon multiple deals within the renewable energy and AV sector. Additionally, he is currently Interning at Witt Consulting under the Accounts & Admin team. He is extremely excited about the opportunity to partake in the UTS Anchor Funds 2025 Spring class as it will play a significant role in his personal and career development and is eager to learn from the extensive knowledge of the subject coordinators, industry speakers and peers.
Alonso Quijada Parra
Alonso is a final-year Bachelor of Business student majoring in Finance with sub-majors in Economics and International Business. With a strong academic foundation and a global mindset, he completed an exchange semester at Nova School of Business and Economics in Portugal, supported by the UTS Global Exchange Scholarship.
Driven by curiosity and commitment to growth, Alonso currently serves as Vice President of the UTS Finance Society, leading initiatives that foster an inclusive student community. His involvement also extends to serving as a Student Ambassador and as a member of the UTS Case Team. His involvement in the Anchor Fund provides the perfect opportunity to develop practical skills in portfolio construction and investment analysis, complementing his growing interest in asset management.
Beyond academics, he finds balance through sport and fitness, which sharpen his discipline and resilience. He represented UTS in futsal at the 2025 University Games.
Having lived across three different continents, Alonso values cross-cultural connection and holds a long-term vision of using his career to support underserved communities.
In 2026, Alonso will begin his career in Risk through Macquarie Group’s Graduate Program.
Tyler Shaw
Tyler is a motivated third-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Economics (Finance). He is passionate about asset allocation and financial markets and aspires to apply his analytical skills in a role that drives strong capital performance.
He gained hands-on experience in his internship at Maqro Capital where he was an equity research analyst focusing on small capitalisation equities. In his time there he built skills in investment analysis, financial modelling and macroeconomic analysis to better understand equity allocation within portfolios.
Outside of his studies, Tyler volunteers as Treasurer for a not-for-profit organisation, managing significant budgets and working closely with stakeholders to ensure sound financial governance. This role has further strengthened his financial management and leadership abilities.
Throughout his time at UTS, Tyler has cultivated a deep passion for finance and aspires to build a career in equity research or portfolio management. He looks forward to contributing to the Anchor Fund team throughout the semester.
Ahmad Shuaib
Ahmad Shuaib is a Vice-Chancellor’s Merit Scholar and Dean’s List recipient at the University of Technology Sydney, completing a double degree in Law and Information Technology, majoring in Enterprise Software Development. With a strong academic foundation and a particular focus on corporate law, Ahmad aims to combine legal expertise with technical capability to advise clients in complex commercial and technology-driven matters.
As co-founder of Salaamtix, a niche software ticketing platform, Ahmad has taken the company from concept to launch, securing partnerships with over 50 organisations. In this role, he has applied legal skills in a practical setting, drafting shareholder agreements, establishing corporate governance frameworks, preparing terms and conditions, and managing contractual negotiations with stakeholders. His technical background enables him to bridge the gap between legal and technical teams, translating complex requirements into commercially viable, legally sound solutions. This experience has sharpened his understanding of commercial drivers, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance, while also developing his ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
Beyond his studies, Ahmad actively volunteers with charities and not-for-profit organisations, and is eager to contribute to the Anchor Fund’s philanthropic mission, which resonates strongly with his commitment to creating positive social impact.
Oscar Swan
Oscar is a Bachelor of Business student at the University of Technology Sydney, majoring in Finance and Business Analytics, with aspirations in investment and asset management. He has professional experience in financial advisory and client services, with a focus on the financial services industry.
At PwC Australia, where he worked for 18 months in the Corporate Tax - Banking and Capital Markets team, Oscar supported tax consulting and compliance engagements for major banking and investment management clients. His work included thin-capitalisation analysis, reviewing managed fund distribution statements, and contributing to a business development pitch in the digital asset sector.
He also completed an exchange semester at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, studying fintech, business analytics, and international finance, which broadened his global perspective on capital markets and emerging financial technologies.
Oscar enjoys working at the intersection of technical analysis and strong client relationships, aiming to build a career in asset management that balances both. Outside of finance, he is a keen traveller, skier, and footballer, having visited over 40 countries to date.
Gigi Tsai
Gigi Tsai is a penultimate-year Business and Information Systems student at the University of Technology Sydney, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for management consulting in the finance sector.
At UTS, she served as Vice President of Startup Link UTS, leading 15 executives to deliver over 15 high-impact events that engaged aspiring entrepreneurs and facilitated partnerships with industry leaders. As a Consultant in the UTS Consulting Club, she contributed to her team’s second-place finish in the Consulting Cup by developing strategic recommendations for a real business case, showcasing her analytical and presentation skills. She is also a member of the UTS Case Team, representing the university at the OCC International Competition in September 2025. Additionally, she has peer-mentored first-year business students in the Accounting and Accountability course, supporting over 40 students in their academic and professional transition. In the summer of 2025, Gigi broadened her global mindset through a world-class educational program at UCLA, where she collaborated with students from across the world, deepened her understanding of global business trends, and strengthened her cross-cultural communication skills.
Professionally, she has worked as a Junior Accountant, managing client accounts, assisting in tax preparation, and producing financial reports that supported key business decisions. These experiences have honed her financial analysis, stakeholder management, and critical thinking abilities.
With proven leadership in both academic and professional settings, Gigi aims to pursue a career in management consulting with a strong focus on finance, delivering data-driven strategies that achieve meaningful global impact.
Gigi is excited to be a part of the Anchor Fund Team and will seize this opportunity to develop her experience in financial asset management.
Ben Tuite
Ben is a final-year Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (Finance major) with a keen interest in capital markets, investment analysis and corporate finance. Ben also has significant work experience as seen during his recent summer internship in the Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s Institutional Banking & Markets division. During his internship, Ben gained exposure to the Bank’s loan origination and syndication teams, and debt capital market teams, providing a holistic coverage and introduction to various debt products. Since his summer internship, Ben returned to one of the market-leading credit risk insurers providing insurance to institutional and investment banks to manage counterparty credit risk and regulatory capital allocation. Ben has also interned at a corporate advisory firm and spent 3 years at a boutique insurance law firm prior to transitioning to work in finance. Ben is excited by the practicality of the managed fund and the ability to learn from industry lecturers.
Eamonn Tuttle
Eamonn is in his final year of a Bachelor of Accounting (Co-op) with a double major in Accounting and Finance. He is passionate about understanding how businesses operate, the rationale behind capital allocation and investment decisions, and their impact on global markets, industries, and communities.
He has gained experience across both financial services and consumer staples through internships at ASX-listed companies Perpetual and Inghams Group Limited, where he developed skills in asset management, treasury, financial modelling, risk management, and corporate finance. As a New Colombo Plan Scholar, he also completed an international exchange in Jakarta, engaging with leading firms, government agencies, and financial institutions across Southeast Asia, while contributing to sustainability initiatives with the WWF.
As a recipient of the UTS CFA Level 1 Scholarship, Eamonn is committed to a long term career in asset management, where he aims to leverage his analytical skills and industry experience to deliver long-term value for clients and stakeholders.
Koliya Van Althuis
Koliya is a penultimate-year Bachelor of Business student at the University of Technology Sydney, completing a double major in Finance and Economics. He recently concluded his tenure as Director of Competitions for the UTS Finance Society, where he designed and delivered the society’s flagship Valuation & Pitch Case Competition. In this role, he collaborated with industry professionals, developed complex M&A case studies, and provided guidance to student teams, helping bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application.
Currently working full-time in Assurance at PwC alongside his studies, Koliya has developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced professional services environment. Balancing full-time work with full-time study has strengthened his resilience, time management, and ability to perform under pressure.
Koliya has a growing interest in investment banking and corporate finance, with a focus on valuation, capital markets, and strategic transactions. Through the Anchor Investment Fund, he is eager to enhance his understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment analysis, while contributing meaningfully to the fund’s performance and objectives.
Matthew Wahby
Matthew is a final-year Bachelor of Accounting (Finance) Co-op Scholarship student at the University of Technology Sydney, balancing exceptional academic results, full-time internships at the ASX and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, and playing professional football in the NSW National Premier League.
He recently completed a 6-month internship at the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), spending three months as a Commercial Planning Analyst (FP&A) where he built advanced financial models to restructure the Austraclear payment framework for the Australian debt market, followed by three months as a Corporate Strategy Analyst performing investment analysis, financial modelling, and performance evaluation for business units. Matthew also completed a 6-month internship at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, where he was responsible for all Multi-site Operator (MSO), optimised rebate payment processes, improved data integrity, and delivered financial risk and opportunity analysis to National Business Managers.
Beyond his professional experience, Matthew has achieved 1st place in both domestic and international consulting case competitions such as the Welcome Merchants Business & Social Impact Case Competition and the Amartha Micro-Financing Case Competition. He is also an elite athlete, currently playing in the NSW National Premier League and having captained national representative football teams including the AAGPS and NSWCIS, and representing the NSW All Schools team — experiences that have developed his resilience, teamwork, leadership, and ability to perform under pressure.
Matthew brings strong analytical skills, financial modelling, and a proven record of performance, which he is eager to leverage in contributing to the Anchor Investment Fund, while further deepening his knowledge of portfolio management and capital markets.
Gianrico Wynn
Gian is in his final year of the selective UTS Bachelor of Accounting Co-op Scholarship program, majoring in Finance and Accounting.
Through the Co-op program, Gian has completed two six-month, full-time internships — one as a Corporate Finance Intern at MA Financial, and another as a Finance Intern at Stockland. Beyond the program, he has gained experience in Investment Banking with CBRE, contributing to several live sell-side transactions valued in excess of nine figures. Gian has also secured a graduate role with Macquarie Bank, commencing in 2026, and is excited by the challenge.
Beyond the concrete jungle, Gian serves as the President of the St Andrew’s College Investment Club within the University of Sydney, which achieved a 26% return in 2024.
Before moving to the big smoke, Gian’s country upbringing instilled in him strong values for hard work and modesty which has influenced his stance on investing. After his first investment in a small herd of Droughtmaster cattle, Gian developed an appetite for capital gains and hasn’t looked back. Outside of work Gian dreams of having more time to hunt powder and go backcountry skiing, landing monster flathead, cooking steak and tending to his humble bonsai collection.
