Welcome to UTS
A message from the Vice-Chancellor and President of UTS, Andrew Parfitt
Orientation at UTS is designed to help you get the most out of your studies and prepare you as a successful professional from day one of your university experience. Explore this site to learn about what to expect from orientation and at UTS. Complete the orientation program to learn how the university works, what services are available to support you, and what you can get involved in to make the most of your UTS experience. During the orientation program you’ll have the opportunity to meet your faculty, register for sessions and events, and become a part of the UTS community before you even start your studies.
Welcome from Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Indigenous Leadership and Engagement, Michael McDaniel
UTS acknowledges the Gadigal People of the Eora Nation, The Boorooberongal people of the Dharug Nation, the Bidiagal people and the Gamaygal people upon whose ancestral lands our university stands. We would also like to pay respect to the Elders both past and present, acknowledging them as the traditional custodians for these lands.

"My favourite part of Orientation was meeting new people, learning about student life and getting to know all the clubs and societies. Also, my faculty was very friendly and I feel welcomed at UTS after attending the Orientation."
