Become a mentor
Support the leaders of tomorrow, today. By becoming a mentor, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your own leadership skills, while giving back to students who are excited to work in your field. Not only will your experience and insight help to guide these students towards career success, but ultimately will also help guide the future of your industry.
Professional Mentoring Platform
Have you considered sharing your knowledge and experience with a UTS student? Or are you looking for a more personal way to find talent? The Professional Mentoring Platform is an online community designed to connect UTS students with industry partners and alumni for flexible, meaningful, mentoring experiences. The informal nature of the platform allows mentees to find mentors based on similar interests, aspirations, and affiliations. No awkward introductions. No long-term commitment.
Other opportunities to mentor
UTS also offers a number of other mentoring opportunities, including the Lucy Mentoring Program, which allows you to mentor a female undergraduate engineering or IT student.
