Title: Recent advances in bosonic quantum computing
Presenter: Dr Nicolas Menicucci, RMIT
Abstract: This informal talk will discuss recent results by myself and my collaborators. Depending on audience interest, I will discuss (1) All-Gaussian universality and fault tolerance with the Gottesman-Kitaev-Preskill (GKP) code; (2) modular bosonic subsystem codes; and/or (3) a large-scale, 2D, continuous-variable cluster state achieved optically at The University of Tokyo.
