As Australia moves towards a referendum in late 2023, Indigenous staff are increasingly subjected to enormous cultural load, from challenging questions, to organising workforce events to discrimination at work and social media.
This panel seeks to understand the issues facing Indigenous staff and, importantly, how to create workplace safety for First Nations employees.
