Conference dinner

The Conference Dinner will be held beside the beautiful Sydney Harbour at Dockside, Cockle Bay Wharf. Pre-dinner drinks and canapés will be served from 7pm in the relaxed (and heated!) setting of the balcony, giving you the chance to enjoy harbour views and the lights of Darling Harbour. Dinner will be served from 7:30pm (3 course meal, inclusive of a drinks package), and there will be live music and a dance floor, to tempt you to join in a little after-dinner boogie.

Tickets are $125 per person and should be purchased when you complete your conference registration. The dinner will cater for all dietary needs, however you must notify your dietary needs at the time of booking on the registration form. Changes to the menu or special requests cannot be made on the night.

Dockside is a brisk 20 minute (approx.) walk from the conference venue, an interesting route along the old goods line linking Darling Harbour to Central Station and taking you past the Chinese Gardens and Sydney’s new International Conference Centre. A taxi from UTS to Dockside is approximately $10–$15. Dockside has parking facilities at Wilson Parking in Cockle Bay Wharf, offering under cover access just moments from the venue.

UTS acknowledges the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, the Boorooberongal people of the Dharug Nation, the Bidiagal people and the Gamaygal people, upon whose ancestral lands our university stands.
