Overview

To reward academic excellence in environmental studies in Bachelor of Design in Architecture.

Who is eligible?

To be eligible for the Prize, a candidate must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Be enrolled in the:
    • Bachelor of Design in Architecture (C10004); or
    • The above course combined with any other degree; and
  • Have completed the subject 11225 Thermal Design and Environmental Control and 11232 Lighting, Acoustics and Advanced Environmental Control, with the latter completed subject completed in the relevant academic year for which the award is made.

Selection process

  • The Prize will be awarded to the student who has obtained the highest Weighted Average Mark (WAM) over the subjects 11225 Thermal Design and Environmental Control and 11232 Lighting, Acoustics and Advanced Environmental Control.
  • Where two (2) or more students achieve the Weighted Average Mark (WAM) over the subjects 11225 Thermal Design and Environmental Control and 11232 Lighting, Acoustics and Advanced Environmental Control, the student (1) with the highest overall Grade Point Average (GPA) in their course will be awarded the Prize.
