It's your last change to download content from Blackboard. Don't forget to Download E-portfolio content to save your materials, and upload your content into UTS's new portfolio tool, Portfolium.
What do I need to do?
Students are responsible for deciding if they want to keep any content from Blackboard and downloading those materials from past subject sites.

Don’t forget: you don’t need to download everything! Only download information you need to keep that you don’t already have a copy of from when you took the subject.
Downloading subject materials
Not all subject materials are downloadable. You cannot download lecture recordings, quizzes, or videos.
You can download subject outlines, PowerPoint presentations, readings, and lecture notes using the instructions on this page.

Login to UTS Online and select the subject you wish to download under ‘My Subjects’

From the left-hand navigation menu select ‘lecture materials’

Select the week you wish to access

Review the content and download files you wish to save locally.
Note: Some files such as videos and lecture recordings are not downloadable.

Save the file to your local hard drive or chosen cloud storage space
Student Assessments

From the subject homepage select ‘content’ or ‘assessments’

Select the assignment file

Select the file from the right-hand side under assignment details
Accessing Assessment Grades via My Grades

From the left-hand navigation menu select ‘My Grades’

Select the ‘graded’ tab to view all graded assignments

Screenshot your grades and save to your desired storage space
Note: there is no option to export My Grades files
E-Portfolio

From your homepage Quick Links select ‘Portfolios’

Choose the portfolio you wish to save and select ‘download’

Your file will download as a zip file

Extract the zip file to view your portfolio in HTML package
Note: You will not be able to download portfolios in an editable format.
